When it comes to your AV needs, Green Monkey AV is the best out there. They were super helpful and genuinely caring. I can't recommend them highly enough. (Kudos to you, Green Monkey!)

"Awesome Support"
I reached out to the company for some guidance, and the guy was super helpful. He even asked me to send over some pictures so he could understand our needs better. The pricing was quite reasonable, and the service was top-notch. The product arrived the very next day, and I’ll definitely be coming back to them for any future requirements since their assistance was priceless.

"My experience was quite satisfying..."
I was really happy with how things went with Green Monkey. Initially, I messed up and ordered the wrong thing, paying through PayPal. I reached out to them to clarify my mistake, and they got back to me right away. We resolved everything in about 20 minutes, and I got my money refunded back into my account. The right item was sent out, and honestly, none of it was their fault, but they jumped right in to help me. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed.

"Awesome support from the team"
This was the most affordable spot to snag the whiteboard I was after (not a lot of shops had the matte kind). Danielle provided fantastic customer support, giving me tips on which boards would work best to minimize glare from windows. She even assisted me with a question I had post-installation, reaching out to the manufacturer to get the info I needed. Huge thanks!

I discovered GMAV to be a top-notch supplier to work with. Interacting with the company is straightforward, quick, and effective. "Quick and Supportive Service"
Green Monkey was super helpful in responding to my emails, making sure that since we’re a charity, we could get invoiced for the product. Plus, the delivery happened within a day of placing the order. I’d surely go back to them if I need something in the future.

"Top-notch support from the team!"
I can't say enough good things about the assistance I got from Danielle at Green Monkey while picking out a projector screen for my cabin. The Celexon Manual Professional Plus Screen (16:9) 1.8m 81" I purchased was a fantastic deal and just what I was after. The delivery came quicker than I expected, and everything was packed up nicely. I'd definitely suggest Green Monkey to anyone in the market for AV gear.

"Great Item"
This is a great item, super simple to set up. I did run into a minor problem with the projector screen's end being trapped in the casing, but I just loosened a couple of screws, popped it out, and now it works perfectly. The soft close feature is awesome and a neat way to impress your friends!

"Ordered a projector screen for my husband..."
I got a projector screen for my husband's birthday. After struggling with other companies and facing long waits of 4 to 6 weeks, I decided to go with Green Monkey on a Thursday afternoon. To my surprise, it arrived the very next day, and it was more affordable than some other places. Fantastic service! I’d surely shop with them again.

"Problems with Delivery Timing"
I've been having some trouble with the delivery timing. I've gotten four emails so far, each one delaying the arrival by another day. At this point, I’m totally in the dark about when the screen will actually show up—fingers crossed it arrives eventually. It might be a good idea to rethink how you set your customers' expectations regarding delivery times because of this. On the bright side, despite the UPS hiccups, Green Monkey's communication has been solid, and they've kept in touch with the delivery service like they said they would.

"Responsive and Fast Email Replies"
They were really quick to get back to me via email. My only complaint is that my projector screen came from Germany, which caused a slight delay with TNT. I wasn't informed it would be shipped from overseas. Given my recent troubles with international deliveries, I might've hesitated, but it all turned out fine in the end.

Everything about the order was seamless, and Danielle was super helpful. Graham and his partner, who installed the screens, worked tirelessly until the job was finished and made sure I was totally happy with the setup. "Reliable Online Retailer"
This is a dependable online retailer, super helpful and quick to fix issues. They accidentally sent the wrong screen on Monday, December 21st, but the right one was shipped out the very next day. My cinema room was all set for Christmas, and I couldn't be happier.
